An infant in the Active Carrier rests facing toward you, while the adjustable head support keeps their head and neck stable. For babies less than 10 lbs., the leg straps reduce the size of leg openings to keep them secure so they don't move around too much. Once your baby is able to support his or her own head, they are ready to turn around in the Active Carrier and sit in the forward facing position.
